Lighting Master Plan

Concept

Hérouville-Saint-Clair wants to retain a large plant dominant in its development while making sure to save money on its electricity consumption. These elements, among others, contribute to the implementation of a sustainable development approach.

The lighting master plan takes into account all the recommendations necessary to ensure quality public lighting that is environmentally friendly and saves energy. Parks and gardens that are not illuminated create an impression of « black holes ».

To combat the feeling of insecurity arising from them, special attention is therefore paid to them in the light planning project.
